Is there a physical version of the game available?

Our crowdfunding project is now closed. Rewards included copies of Catastrophic 2.0, limited edition copies of Catastrophic 1.0, postcards, posters and more. Read all about it on the University of York's YuStart crowdfunding platform Catastrophic page. 

You can also download Catastrophic v1.0 or 2.0 and print your own free copy, and keep an eye on the website and Twitter/Instagram for updates.

Will you be producing Catastrophic commercially?

We are looking into options for producing a physical copy for wider dissemination/sale in the future. If you would like to help, please get in touch. 

Where is Catastrophic being used?

Catastrophic was produced for undergraduate students of Biology, at the University of York, UK. However, to our knowledge it is being played all around the world, including in Japan, North America and South Africa, both as an educational aid and for fun.
